Immigration Attorney
Deepti is a licensed immigration attorney representing our clients in family-based applications, removal proceedings, and employment-based immigration matters. She has a diverse legal background having practiced in several areas of law from dealing with complex Merger & Acquisitions cases, defending Insurance claims, representing clients in family law matters, to advocating for the rights of Immigrants. Deepti is originally from Mumbai, India. She moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2015. Prior to that she lived in Los Angeles, California, where she obtained a Masters in Law (LLM) from University of Southern California. She volunteered at a Non-Profit Immigration Center, where she assisted clients in their applications for U visas, VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) and Deferred Actions for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
Deepti entered the country as an Immigrant and as such has a strong understanding of the trials and tribulations faced by immigrants in the community and hence strives to advocate for them. Deepti lives just outside the Portland area with her husband and two beautiful daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
Attorney
Chandler is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and a licensed immigration attorney. She has practiced immigration law across the United States and has represented clients in removal proceedings before various U.S. Immigration Courts. She assists clients with complex waiver cases, family-based immigration cases, and responding to requests for evidence from USCIS.
Chandler is an advocate for equal opportunity and comes from a family of immigrants. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is a strong advocate for helping our clients attain legal status in the U.S. In her free time, Chandler loves traveling abroad and trying new foods, hiking with her dog, volleyball and playing her guitar.
Immigration Legal Assistant
Gardner assists our clients with the humanitarian docket including U visas, VAWA, and Waiver applications, from the beginning intake to the successful approval of their cases. Gardner is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. She is a recent graduate of Lewis & Clark College and majored in History. Gardner has a strong passion for helping people in our community and advocates for helping the underprivileged and most vulnerable in our society.
Immigration Paralegal
Brigit assists our clients will family-based immigration matters, asylum applications, citizenship applications, and adjustment of status applications. Brigit graduated with her Paralegal Certification, completing her studies here in Portland, Oregon. Brigit has a strong interest in advocating for our clients, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.
Immigration Legal Assistant
Kate assists our clients with applying for immigrant visas through consular processing and nonimmigrant visas at U.S. consulates and embassies overseas. Kate was born and raised in Missoula, Montana and is a recent Lewis & Clark College Graduate, she majored in International Affairs and minored in History.
Operations Manager
Michael brings a knowledge of digital logistics and web marketing to Immigration Law Group, with a background in web and graphic design. Michael handles management and upkeep of our web presence by keeping up with the always evolving demands and standards of the online world.
As a native Oregonian, he enjoys hiking and enjoying the sights all over the great Northwest along with his wife and 3 wildly energetic kids, and often enjoys indulges in Portland’s amazingly diverse cuisine.
Immigration Legal Assistant
Gloria assists our clients with the humanitarian docket. Her passion for Immigration Law is mainly focused in U Visas, VAWA, and Asylum cases. Gloria has also worked with non profit organizations in the area to help advocate for underprivileged individuals in our immigration system. Gloria recently Graduated from Portland State University and plans on attending law school in the near future.
Office Administrator
Lucy helps our firm with the efficient flow of operations as our Office Administrator. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. Lucy recently relocated from England to Portland, Oregon. She has taught English to students in Guadalajara, Mexico and has a strong interest in learning about people’s cultures and diverse experiences. In her spare time, Lucy enjoys hiking with her dog, yoga, and cooking.
